Delete your account
You can delete your AutoBridge account yourself, at any time, in the app or on the website.
How to delete your account
- Sign in to AutoBridge, in the app or at nappy.mastercybersec.pro.
- Open your profile. If you work for a business, open My account from your name at the top.
- Press Delete my account, enter your password and confirm.
What is deleted
- Your name, phone number, email address and ID number, at once. You are signed out everywhere.
- Your saved cars, and any insurance request no insurer has been paid for, with its documents.
- If you own a business, the business closes: its cars leave the marketplace, every staff account is deleted, and the ID documents uploaded when it signed up are deleted.
What we keep, and why
- Records the law requires: sale filings, vehicle declarations, title transfers and import records reported to ERCA.
- Payment records, and insurance an insurer was paid for or issued, which the insurer needs.
- What other businesses recorded about their dealings with you, such as a dealer's sale or a lender's loan file.
- Backups, for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted.
Banks, microfinance institutions and insurers: ask AutoBridge to close your account at support@autobridge.net.
